To make the VSME Medals accessible to every type of company, our pricing is adapted to the size of your organisation.

These categories are based on the European Union SME definition criteria, founded on headcount (number of FTEs) and annual revenue.
Audit fees vary according to the size of the company and the applicable audit level (full or simplified).
Lighter review focused on renewal at the same level, in the absence of significant scope changes.
In-depth review required for the first attribution, a level upgrade or a significant change.

It includes the right to use the Medal, listing in the official registry, the annual administrative check and methodological monitoring.
Additional audit fees may apply when a submitted file requires resubmissions beyond the standard process (incompleteness, major inconsistencies or significant changes). Each additional iteration is billed at a flat fee of €180 per iteration, the same for all company categories. Using an Accredited Partner is strongly recommended to ensure file quality and limit these iterations.
